It was a group interview with multiple interviewers, including an HR representative, the manager (who oversees Dev, QA, and other departments), and potentially some co-workers. It was a single interview round where they asked questions based on my resume. Different interviewers assessed my fit for the role. The interview lasted about 15-30 minutes. The people were really nice and outgoing, and the work environment doesn't seem intense, though the pay is low.
