I had two interviews, two weeks apart. The first was with an HR person, and the second with the manager. The response time was long; an offer was made after a month from the start of the process. There was no reactivity, I had to follow up several times.

The interview was tough, not because I lacked knowledge, but the interviewer seemed unsure about what she was looking for in the role. The questions felt more theoretical and idealistic than practical, focusing on concepts rather than real-world applications or existing market solutions from companies big or small. The interview didn't go as I expected based on my preparation. It felt like they were fishing for a magic answer instead of assessing my actual experience, capabilities, and fit for the position. I was interviewing for a Project Manager role, my career focus, not a CDO or Director. Her questions felt off-target and unsuitable for the role. It was a disappointing and time-wasting interview.
