Easy interview with the GM and Manager, they asked questions about the position I applied for, my experience and availability. They also talked about training classes and shifts, how they work, how tips are split, and other details.

The interview process was fast, quick, and easy! I met with the manager and they asked me a few simple questions about my professional aspirations and my goals for scheduling. I was also given some initial information about training and uniform expectations.

I talked about my past jobs, and the interviewer really dug into how long I stayed at each one over the last year. He definitely seemed put off by my job-hopping and my explanations. I could tell right away that he wasn't going to move forward with my application.
