The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with several members of the management team during my scheduled interview time. It felt both casual and formal, and I felt welcomed.

When I arrived, I was initially ignored by the interviewer. Security had to confirm my arrival. The first interview was with a care leader who was condescending and tried to intimidate me from the start, twisting my words. The second interviewer was more relaxed and answered my questions about the company. It felt like the first interviewer judged me harshly before we even spoke. The overall experience was uncomfortable. I didn't even get to meet the person I was scheduled to interview with. I also had to wait for 30 minutes after the interviews because the first interviewer forgot to tell the second one I was done. They also mentioned a high turnover rate, which seemed like a red flag.

Applied online and after a few weeks, I had an easy, one-on-one interview with a manager and leader. They showed me the office space. Parking was a bit tricky to find, but they offered me the job on the spot.
