First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cludo.
Chief Technology Officer
I was contacted by email for a video interview. It was professional and friendly, and they said we'd move to the next step. They asked about my self-presentation, the hardest problems I've solved, and my tech stack. But then, radio silence. My emails weren't answered. It's disrespectful and unprofessional not to even give a heads-up that they're no longer interested.
- What's your approach when an employee isn't doing their job?
- Tell me about yourself.
- What's the most challenging problem you've ever overcome?
Account Executive
It was a pretty long interview process, but it was always engaging. What I really liked was getting feedback after every stage, which I thought was great. It was a wonderful experience, and makes you wonder why more companies don't do this. Betsy was engaging and supportive. It really felt like they were genuinely trying to find the right person for the role; and you can tell that from the current staff.
- Can you tell me about your approach to sales?
Student Assistant
I had a 30-minute Zoom interview, which was a really nice talk. They started with a brief overview of the company, and then I introduced myself. After that, the interviewer asked me questions specifically about my experience and background. She was very attentive and took notes while I was speaking.
- In what ways can your academic background be beneficial for working at Cludo?
- Could you describe the methods you've employed for customer demographic analysis and explain your preferred choice?
- Do you prefer working independently or as part of a team?
Business Development Representative
First you meet with HR for an interview, then you meet with the Sales team to talk about sales strategies and goals. Lastly, you meet with the CEO to go over important stuff, talk about what they expect, and learn about the company's future.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
