It was super easy, they asked about my leadership experience, relative experience, and to give a scenario example for a workplace example. It took about twenty minutes and was only one round. Make sure to come up with a "tell me about yourself".

It began with a video interview. Then, I had an in-person interview with the Regional Manager and another Area Manager. The Regional Manager started with questions for about 10 minutes. However, the RM was checking their phone messages and then left for a phone call. The other Area Manager took over the interview for 20-30 minutes. The RM returned at the end for a few questions. I found it unprofessional that the decision maker left the room, as I always give my full attention during interviews. It felt like a waste of time. I texted the RM afterwards to thank them for the opportunity, but got no response. I was never even told why I wasn't selected.

So I had this interview scheduled for 1pm on a Friday. I had to fly up to northwest Arkansas for it. Got there a bit early, around 12:45. The guy who came out said the area manager was tied up and that they'd call me. Nobody showed up by 1pm. Then around 1:15, the area manager called, said he was stuck somewhere else and asked to reschedule for Monday. This was after I'd already flown up! So we rescheduled for a Zoom interview. Did that, and then five days later got an email saying they were going with other people. I've got over 10 years of experience running my own detail shop, so I was pretty surprised.
