Support Analyst
The interview experience was very straightforward, and all of the people involved were very friendly. I didn't feel nervous at any point and was comfortable throughout all interview stages. They also responded quickly to any concerns I had, in a friendly way.
- Can you explain your troubleshooting process?
- Can you explain your documentation process?
Warehouse Clerk
I sent my resume to the Warehouse Supervisor and then got contacted by HR. They asked me to do all the hiring paperwork and also a drug screen because driving is part of the job. I also had to pass a physical test to check if I could handle the warehouse workload. Finally, I had a face-to-face interview with the Warehouse Supervisor and the General Manager of Logistics. After my driving record and drug screen came back clear, I was offered the position.
- What are your long term goals?
- How hard of a worker are you?
- What is your driving record like?
Communications and Graphics Manager
The interview process included a phone interview, an in-person interview, and then a really thorough background check before a second in-person interview. This background check was intense, covering all past employers, criminal records, financial history, education, references, and even asking for W2 and 1099 forms. It felt like a lot for an employer to ask for before a candidate even had a second interview. I don't think they need to know my personal financial details like credit card, mortgage, or car payments.
- How would you handle terminating an employee?
Account Manager
The interview process is automated like most other companies now. HR screens the candidates. There is a call interview and then a live interview and many times a second interview depending on the position. Senior management may be in the later interviews.
- Describe instances of your failures.
- Describe your successes.
