had an HR phone interview and then a video interview with the manager. They asked general questions like introduce yourself, your strength, visa, GPA, and work experience. The HR was professional. The phone interview was about 25 minutes.

Sent in an EOI through Seek and then did an online application. About a week after that, I got a phone call to set up the interview. Three Clough staff members interviewed me. We had a general chat about my previous roles and experience. Later that same day, they gave me a quiz about specific blast equipment. They needed it back pretty quickly. The quiz involved explaining the equipment in terms of fault finding, operational stop-start procedures, and emergency shutdown.

Started with a phone call, then I met with two staff members, one from E2O and one from Clough. They had two positions open and interviewed me for one in the office and the second one over the phone. It was a very mature interview process, without any screening or generic book questions, just focused on my rate and notice period. It felt like a normal interview compared to what's happening nowadays in many other companies in Perth. They tend to send out the contract very late, which was a bit of a downside.
