I applied online for a Sales Development Representative role at Cloudwords, looking for something that didn't require a lot of experience. My application, sent via resume and cover letter to the hiring manager, got a quick response. Just two days later, I had a phone interview covering my interest in sales, the role, and the company. It was about 40 minutes, and I got to ask questions too. We then set up an in-person interview for the next week, and I was offered the job at the end of that meeting.

I had a phone screening with a peer. Then I went in for an in-person interview with the hiring senior manager. After that, there was a panel interview with other members of the management team. They also asked for three references: one from a customer, one from an employer, and one from a colleague. I found out they were very thorough with their questions for the references.
