Behavioral Technical

The interview process is pretty good compared to other consultancies. You apply on their portal and they might call you if your resume fits their needs. I heard sometimes you need a referral, but that wasn't the case for me. If your resume matches, they usually call. First, a woman calls and gives you an overview of the company. She was really detailed, professional, and clear about everything. She asked me some questions about my technical and professional strengths and weaknesses. If she liked my answers, I got a call for a technical interview. This interview focused on my Unix, Linux, and Java skills. The difficulty was moderate, not too hard or too easy. If you studied well, you should be able to answer everything.
