First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CloudWave.
Cybersecurity Analyst
Seriously, don't bother applying here. The communication during the interview was just awful, and they never follow up or get back to you. You'll just be left hanging. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else to apply right away.
- What makes you want to join CloudWave?
Cybersecurity Analyst
Don't even bother with this company. They promise a callback within two weeks, then just go radio silent. It's wild that in 2024, sending a simple 'no thanks' email is too much to ask. If they can't manage a basic signature and a mass email, it just screams lazy.
- Technical questions following your experience-based questions
Customer Success Manager
After I sent my resume, I had a first interview with 3 managers. It was a 30 minute Zoom interview. Each manager asked me several questions after I was asked to start by summarizing my work experiences.
- Tell me about your work experiences.
- What's your approach to handling a challenging customer scenario?
Cloud Administrator
Pretty simple, first a phone call, then I met the hiring manager in person, and some senior people from the team. After that, there were background checks and drug screens.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a stressful situation where something was not working correctly.
