The hiring process at the company was thorough and took approximately a month to complete, which I found reasonable. They also provide the necessary equipment for employees under a work-from-home arrangement. While a work-from-home setup was the agreed-upon arrangement, there was a mid-employment shift requiring onsite work, which deviated from the original agreement. This change raises concerns regarding the company’s reliability in adhering to established employment terms.

The first interview was good, the recruiter seemed really excited about my application. After more than a week, they reached out for the interview with the Japanese employer. That interview was also pretty straightforward, mostly basic questions about my past work history. I felt like it went well and I could talk to them easily. A week later, I had to check in because there was no news, no email, and the website status hadn't changed. Only after I followed up did they send the rejection email.

First, you'll need to set up a profile on the Cloudstaff online portal, making sure to include all your relevant experience. It's a bonus if you can add your portfolio and some sample works. Then, there's an initial interview over Skype. After that, you wait about 2-3 days for the client interview, which is also via Skype. Within 2-5 days after that, you'll hear back about the client's decision. If it's a job offer, you'll then need to meet some non-negotiable requirements to get scheduled for orientation, followed by onboarding.
