I had to show my experience with SFDC Development, covering APEX Classes, APEX Triggers, and Visual Force pages. Also, I used Force.com IDE, Eclipse with SOQL, SOSL and Plug-ins. They wanted to know if I've used Email to case, Web to Case features and if I've created a community for customers to manage their cases. I also needed to be proficient in sales cloud, service cloud, Marketing cloud, Community Cloud, N cino, Custom Cloud and Analytics Cloud. Lastly, experience with SFDC Service console, customer portal, case management, knowledge base, customer communities and service account management was important.
