Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CloudKitchens.
Recruitment Consultant
The interview process was clear and effective. It started with a culture-focused step, followed by a skills-based one. I really enjoyed speaking with everyone and had great conversations. The LA office seemed nice, and it looks like they're still operating on a hybrid model.
- How many open positions are you actively managing?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
Talent Sourcer
The interview stages were screening, a take-home exercise, a panel interview, and then an offer. The process was pretty straightforward and open to questions. They encouraged us to have fun and do our best. It wasn't too stressful and went smoothly. Communication was via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- How do you approach time management?
- How would you describe your English proficiency?
Technical Sourcer
It was pretty intensive, but really focused on finding high-quality candidates and the tools you use for sourcing. There was a panel interview and one-on-one meetings with the team to talk about client and req management.
- What was your reason for selecting this candidate to contact?
- What specifically on their resume prompted you to reach out?
- What would be your strategy for managing a job opening that has remained unfilled for six months?
