Customer Success Manager
- Can you describe how your skills and experience align with the requirements of this role?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was really long and dragged on, felt more like a second job than an interview. There were multiple interviews, presentations, and tests, plus at-home projects. The recruiters were also not very responsive and kind of sketchy. I made it to the very end but then never heard back about whether I got the job or not.
- Were most questions in the interviews easy and basic?
- Were the tests over the top and unnecessary?
- Were the at home projects over the top and unnecessary?
Customer Success Manager
Really fair process! Had a screening call, then a talk with my future manager, then I got a project that mirrored the basic responsibilities of the role. Came into the office, met the team, and got a good vibe of everything. Really well designed.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully persuaded someone using data?
