The interview process was smooth and the organisation is friendly and easy to talk to. They are customer-oriented and have a good vision and mission. It's definitely a good company to work with to learn modern cloud techniques and cloud-based solutions. Cloud-based solutions are the future technology improvements in the near future. Looking forward to joining this organisation and contributing my knowledge.

So basically the hiring process starts with a technical assessment for basic skills. Then there are two technical interviews to check your expertise and how you solve problems. After that, a manager interviews you to see if you can lead and fit into the team. Then HR handles the paperwork, and sometimes a higher management interview happens to get a strategic view.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by the hiring manager for a phone screen, which went really well. When I arrived for the in-person interview, I was told that they had already offered the position to someone else but wanted to interview candidates to see what else is out there. This is a waste of candidates' time.
