It was a pretty chill process. Started with a quick call from a recruiter. Then I had a half-hour chat with the hiring manager over the phone. After that went well, I went onsite and did two separate hour-long interviews with two people each. They didn't ask any tricky questions and barely used whiteboarding, mostly just talked about the company, the job, and if I'd be a good fit.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was straightforward, with standard executive questions. It was rapid, completing in just over two weeks. Everyone was pleasant, but a couple of things were surprising. The CTO admitted he hadn't seen my resume and seemed to be interviewing me for a position I hadn't applied for. He seemed to be winging it, and I felt it ultimately cost me the opportunity. Everyone else handled the process professionally.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty chill panel interview with my potential manager and two other folks who were experts in their areas. We chatted about customer service stuff, how tech support works, some of the processes here, and what the workplace is like. We also touched on work-life balance. Overall, it felt pretty relaxed and seemed to really depend on the specific role you were going for.

Behavioral Case

I got referred by a friend and we went out to lunch with one of the founders. Since I came on early in the company, this experience is different from today's CloudCheckr on boarding process.
