First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CloudBolt Software.
Account Executive
The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiter responded quickly and scheduled follow-up meetings promptly. They were clear about what the next steps would be and scheduled things efficiently. I thought the entire process was transparent and moved fast. I didn't actually finish it, but it seemed like a good process.
- Can you describe your most challenging sales process?
Software Engineer
The interview process started with a hiring manager phone screen that was a mix of traditional talk-the-talk, technical, and brainteaser questions. This was followed by a half-day on-site with the engineering team and hiring manager, featuring walk-the-walk tasks like design, programming, and more brainteasers. Finally, there were followup phone interviews with an engineer from the East Coast and the CEO. The whole process took 21 days from the initial contact to a verbal offer. Communication was good between stages, and they followed up well.
- Regarding startups, what excites you and what makes you hesitant?
QA Automation Engineer
I had two interviews scheduled, but I couldn't make it to either. The first one was rescheduled because of a time zone mix-up, and then for the second one, the Zoom link was invalid. It felt like a waste of time, and I don't think the company is very serious. I'm giving 2 stars because the initial contact was fine.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Channel Manager
it felt really personal, like I had my interviewer's full focus. they asked some challenging questions that made me think, but they were also open to hearing about my own thoughts and past work.
- Can you describe your previous job experience?
- What innovative ideas do you have to offer?
- How do your past experiences inform your approach to new challenges?
