I applied through LinkedIn and got an automated email for an English test, then a Behavioral Assessment from Predictive Index. After that, I got an invitation for a one-way recorded interview with 8 questions. I had 1 minute to think and answer each. Once the hiring team reviewed the video, I got an invitation for a call with Sue, the Hiring Manager. It was a nice and friendly chat about my background. Then, I was invited to meet the Sales Manager for my region. We were supposed to do a demo call (cold call role play), but he skipped it because of my prior experience in the industry. So, we mostly talked about my background and goals. This interview was in Spanish. The last step was an interview with the Director of Global Sales. It was a 1-hour call where he asked me many technical questions about the job and how my past experiences could be useful in this role since I don't have prior sales experience. The first 30 minutes were for his questions, and the last 30 minutes were for my questions. All interviews were stress-free and friendly!

The interview process had 4 rounds, conducted via video which was a bit irritating but alright. The first round was with a recruiter. She was nice but in a very loud place, making it hard to hear her. I asked her 3 times for benefits info for the US, but she never sent it, which is a huge red flag! Also, they don't provide any equipment or a laptop, which feels sketchy. Rounds 2 and 3 were with management, involving standard interview questions that weren't too difficult. I was initially told I'd hear back within 2 days, but then they said I'd have to wait 2 weeks. That was totally unprofessional!

The overall interview process was great. I really connected with my potential superiors and found everyone to be welcoming and kind. There was one interview I wasn't a big fan of, it felt a little awkward but wasn't bad. The first call with the recruiter was a bit chaotic because she wasn't totally ready, possibly due to moving, but she was very nice despite needing a little more prep. My favorite part was the second call with the SDR manager, Chelsea, who is amazing and very kind. We did a mock call, which wasn't as intimidating as I expected. The third call was with the sales director, and he was also a great person; we had a lot of fun. The entire process was very transparent, and I was walked through everything and prepared for each call.
