Product Manager
I interviewed for the Product Manager, Payments role at Cloudbeds and had a great time. The process was organized and clear from the start. Recruitment gave me good instructions and timelines so I knew what to expect. The first screening was good and asked about my experience and if it fit the role. Later interviews involved technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were smart and seemed interested in if I would fit the team and company. They asked tough questions about product management and payments, but I could show what I know. I liked talking to different people, including future coworkers and people from other teams. This helped me see the role and the team environment better. What really stood out was how the company lives its values. Everyone seemed to care about their work and improving things for customers. Their passion was inspiring and made me want to join even more. I'm waiting for the final offer but wanted to say thanks for the good experience. The Cloudbeds interview process was one of the most professional and engaging I've had. Thanks to everyone for their time. I'm excited about the possibility of joining such a cool company.

Product Manager
The recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn and set up a 30-minute call. I asked if they had any info they could share about the role, but they didn't. Even though they had my resume, the recruiter proceeded to describe a job that didn't really align with my background and isn't what's typically expected for this type of title.
- Can you share your experience with the [redacted] technical process?

The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by about 6 phone interviews with the leadership team. All interviews went well, and it was helpful to be clear about my experience, the impact I had in prior roles, and what I was looking for. All interviewers were professional and cordial. The recruiter was very helpful in explaining the process, the company, and how to succeed. The process was timely, moving along quickly and taking about 2 months.
