The most disrespectful process I've ever participated. Iryna was the worse "HR" interviewer I have met so far. She forced me to schedule a 1-hour call and handle my agenda to attend it. The interview took around 20 minutes. During the call she was apparently uninterested on me and my 15 years career. Same standard questions and a not-happy face. And at the end of the call, I asked her about how many days she'd imagine the process would take, and she answered me with "if you have another proposal I suggest to go for it because our process is a 4 steps process" Hope you take a look at this. It was so disrespectful.

It was 3 parts. First was an automated interview in English with technical questions. Second was a take-home test. Third was an interview with developers where I had to solve tasks.

It started with a phone interview and then a tech part with Karat. I'm not sure I totally get the whole idea of using a third party for tech interviews, it feels like the opposite of what most companies do when they want to interview candidates themselves. Expect some really tough questions, even ChatGPT might struggle with them. You'll also need to read through long descriptions for coding challenges and run a bunch of unit tests. None of the questions are like the ones you find on Leetcode, so you'll need to rely on all your knowledge and practice to solve them. Honestly, I'm not a fan of Karat's approach to candidate interviews. Plus, the interviewers weren't helpful during the interviews, which isn't surprising given Karat's reputation.
