The interview process has three parts. First is an English test, which was pretty easy and there are online materials to help prepare. Then, you'll get a task to solve a customer's problem using real info. After that, there's an interview with the team, including someone in the role and the manager. They'll ask 'what would you do if XYZ happened' type questions to check how you handle clients and get to know you. It all went well for me and I got an email three days later. Make sure you really know the role! Good luck!

Behavioral Technical

I applied through LinkedIn 2 weeks ago. After about 4 or 5 days, the recruiter picked up my CV and scheduled a 30-minute Zoom call. Simple questions, typical of most job interviews: For example, why do you want to work at Cloudbeds? Everything in English and some things in Spanish. 4 or 5 days later, the second stage came with the leaders in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The people are very nice. The interview is light. You don't feel pressured, it feels like a conversation, even. The questions are about the daily life of a representative. They told me the answer would come in 1 or 2 weeks. I'm still waiting! I hope it works out.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were multiple steps in the process, and it ended with a final interview over zoom. The whole thing took a while and was a lot. Even though there were different parts, I didn't feel like they got to know me because the tests and interviews were kind of impersonal. And in the final zoom interview, I just felt like another candidate being asked the same old questions.
