It was a really relaxed interview, they want you to be yourself. They will outline the tougher parts of the job and check if you are comfortable with them. They want to know your motivation for wanting to work there. They will ask about your past work experience and how you have handled challenging circumstances. Two managers were present for the in-person interview. They extended an offer the very next day.

The interview process was really easy and relaxed, I never felt any pressure. It was actually a lot of fun! I heard back a few days after the interview. They were also really flexible with my schedule, letting me pick times that worked around school.

It's pretty unconventional. They focus a lot on the person and cultural fit over experience. The interview aims to get to know you as a person, beyond just your work "stuff." It's very casual and relaxed, but they're evaluating seriously without you realizing it. I've seen footballs thrown around, lots of laughing, and crazy questions. Now that I'm here, I get why the CEO does this. In our Cloud family, we want smart, hardworking folks, but the most important thing is fitting into our unique culture.
