After I had answered their questions satisfactorily, they told me about the project, the hours, and the pay, and I was offered the position. I accepted and began training a couple of weeks later.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. After applying, I had to complete some tax forms and get my I-9 verified by a notary, then mail it back. The training was online via Webex, and there were about 33 people in the class.

Since this job is remote, all the interviews were conducted over the phone. The interview had two parts. The first part involved typical questions like, 'Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult customer, and how you handled them?'. I was also given tasks to do that involved typing in a word document and some things with webpages to show I could multitask. The second interview was where they explained more about the job and asked a few more questions. At the end, I was offered the job.
