Marketing
First, there was a quick 15-minute chat to get to know you and see if you'd move on. If you passed that, you'd head to their office for an interview where they'd explain the company, how you get paid, and your duties. Then, they'd decide if they're hiring you.
- What unique value do you offer the team?
Marketing
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The questions were detailed, focusing on both my experience and problem-solving skills. While the process was smooth, it was challenging to secure the position due to the level of competition and high expectations.
- Can you share an instance where you faced and overcame a difficulty in a marketing position?
Marketing
Had a quick chat with questions on day one, and got a call back later that same day. Day two, around the same time as day one, they did a more in depth review with lots of personality type questions. Everyone was dressed business professional.
- What was the hardest thing you’ve ever done?
