Customer Support
They responded quickly and were accessible. I met with the team, HR, and the Hiring Manager across several rounds. It was relaxed, and I felt encouraged to be authentic. Overall, it was a pleasant and good experience.
- Could you describe your customer service experience?
Customer Support
We started with an initial zoom screening with HR. After that, I had an interview with the head of sales and customer support. One of the interviewers was terrible. He showed up late, rudely spent half the interview doing unrelated paperwork, and then got very condescending when he didn't like one of my answers. The other employees seemed great, but that guy definitely ruined the experience for me.
- Can you describe how you would handle an angry customer and outline the steps you'd take to resolve their problem?
Customer Support Representative
I applied online, and then I had a phone screen about a week or two later. After that, about two weeks passed, and then I had an in-person interview where I met three people. It took them about 6 weeks to make an executive decision and let me know.
- Could you tell me about your favorite app?
- What is your definition of customer service?
- Can you explain a simple concept to us, perhaps about a hobby or a recipe?
Customer Success Specialist
The interview process was Phone, then Skype, then an Offer, all in one week! They move very quickly as a result, so print your 2 weeks and take it to the interview. They'll be unnerved!
- What are your thoughts on Customer Service?
