Account Manager
So, like usual with these interviews, they first asked me to do a case study before any calls or interviews happened. I put a few hours into it, and then got rejected the following week. I emailed them asking for feedback, but the recruiter never replied. I just feel it's really disrespectful to not give any feedback after a candidate spends hours on a case study. I know I'm not guaranteed an interview, but if you're going to ask someone to spend hours on something before even talking to them, you should at least provide feedback. Your time is valuable, and so is mine.
- Could you provide an analysis of healthcare facility data?
Account Manager
They sent a super friendly email after I applied that implied they wanted to interview me and outlined the process. They said I just needed to do a case study and then I'd move on. The case study was a file dump with vague instructions and I had to give detailed answers. It took me a few hours, but it could take longer for others due to the lack of clarity. They also wanted me to record a pretend voicemail to a pretend client and embed it in the case study. I did it, but three days after submitting, I got a generic rejection email. I wish I'd checked Glassdoor first; they have a history of this kind of behavior.
- From the 10 clients provided, pick 5 whose issues you'd address first, listing them in order of importance.
- Create a mock voicemail for a fictional client.
Account Manager
The process took 4 weeks and had 4 steps. First, there was a one-way interview asking basic questions about your background and your motivation for joining the company. Then, a case study was given which was more about strategy, risk assessment, and managing priorities for key accounts. Following that, there were interviews based on the case study where you had to defend your approach and showcase your thought process, communication abilities, and business sense. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes with a 5-minute slot for your questions. The managers I met were both very friendly!
- Can you tell me about your experience and why you're interested in this role?
- Were there specific questions asked about the case study?
