The process was pretty straightforward: first, a quick intro call with the Head of Sales. Then I did some mock calls with an AI agent and got written feedback, and I could redo them. After that, I chatted with the Chief of Staff about my previous job, then had a follow-up with the Head of Sales to discuss my sales strategy. The last step was a conversation with the CEO. It was all very clear, moved fast, and felt transparent. I liked that I could use the feedback to improve and get a sense of how they view sales.

They are a very young company and I feel like they use the interview process for free consulting. I did a case study, which was interesting and I spent an hour on it. It wasn't about workforce solutions or talent acquisition, but more of a self-serve SaaS product that relies on sign-ups. They are not a competitor to recruiting companies, and the product is best suited for professional recruiters. Sales pitches often start with 25% and 50% discounts. I think a company like Maxim Health or another allied health staffing agency could benefit from this tool.

Case Presentation

It was a long and tedious process. Started with a phone screening, then a lengthy case study (took about 2-4 hours of work). After that, another interview, followed by ANOTHER 2-4 hour case study. Then one more interview, and finally a last interview. This was for an entry to mid-level role. Honestly, if you don't get an offer or make it all the way, you've basically wasted over 10 hours of your time, unpaid. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're really desperate. Even then, it's probably a waste of time. Saw a good number of red flags too. They kept emphasizing how fast-paced it is and that they need results ASAP. They want someone to bring transformative results to their org in less time than it takes most companies to onboard new hires.
