Case Presentation Behavioral

I had a phone interview that was a panel interview. It included a business case presentation. Initially, it looked promising. I dedicated a few hours of my personal time to research and prepare my presentation. The panel appeared interested during the interview, but then they disappeared and never responded. I followed up several times asking for feedback, but got nothing back. This is a bad practice and really shows how little the company respects candidates.

The interview started with a basic recruiter call. Then, they wanted me to do a presentation, which they described as intensive and longer than it needed to be. After that, they just stopped responding.

Behavioral

I wanted to share my experience with Clio because it was really impactful. After searching for a job for 8 months, I got an interview. My interviewer, Lisa, was super nice and knowledgeable, and asked some really good questions. She really took the time to figure out what I was looking for and understand my background. What was cool was that she told me why she didn't think I was a good fit, and then used the rest of the time to give me advice and coaching. I actually used that advice and it helped me get a job after my long search. We connected on LinkedIn, and she's kept in touch. Clio seems like a company that really cares, and I'd definitely be interested in working there if they hire again.
