Customer Service Representative
First, they gave me a tour of the building. A couple days before the interview, I was given a project to complete so I could present it during the interview. After that, they asked me some critical thinking questions.

Customer Support Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had to complete a support project to show my computer skills. Then there was a 30-minute phone interview, followed by a Skype interview (which was tricky since I was traveling). The final stage was supposed to be a tour of the office and meeting with upper management. Although I accepted another job offer that felt like a better fit for me right now, one of the HR people, Jen, still invited me to see the office. I'm really glad I went! Their office is amazing – it has a ping pong room, a yoga room, and even a nap room, and they allow dogs. Even though everyone was busy, you could tell from the vibe and after talking to management that Clio really wants people to feel comfortable being themselves. It was honestly the best interview experience I've ever had, and it kept going even after I got another job.
