Behavioral Case

The process took 2 months and included 4 interviews and 1 exercise. The interviews were intense, making you feel like you had to give the correct answers. Many questions were presented in a checklist format, and you had to tick each box. There wasn't much time to think and structure answers because the interviews were very fast-paced. It felt more like an interrogation than a discussion, although the interviewers were nice. The HR representative's coordination was good and efficient, and they provided timely updates.
