Technical

The interview process started with a recruiter call, which was very early due to a time difference. The call was average and basic. Following this, I was asked to complete a very long assessment. However, I declined the assessment because the salary offered, around $30,000/year, was not commensurate with my experience.

Behavioral Case Presentation Technical

First, there was a general HR interview where they asked about character fit, work style, and how I heard about CHAI. Then, a skills test which was a case study with analysis and presentation; it was pretty basic. After that, an interview with a senior associate (1:1), focusing more on work-style questions. Next, an interview with a senior manager (1:1) who asked more work-style questions along with some very basic technical ones. Finally, an interview with directors (group discussion), which was all about work-style questions.
