First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Clinilabs.
Clinical Research Associate
I had a tour and a quick interview with two people in a conference room. One interviewer was not pleasant or welcoming. HR was slow to follow up with an offer, taking over a month.
- Can you identify one area where you could improve?
Marketing Assistant
Applied online and got contacted within a few days. A phone interview was quickly set up. After two days, I was scheduled for an in-person interview the next week. The process ran very smoothly and was pretty quick. There weren't any long periods where I was left hanging without word. I appreciated the timely nature of the process as well as the friendliness of all staff involved.
- Can you describe what your ideal work environment looks like?
Clinical Research Assistant
The interviewer was very nice and explained everything about the job. She was upfront about the downsides of the role, noting that it's mainly a technician position involving setting up equipment for sleep studies. The pay was quite low, and she didn't recommend using the company's insurance, which was disappointing for a city hospital job.
- What is your clinical research experience duration?
Research Assistant
The interview was pretty fast and organized. The lady I talked to was nice, skilled, and got straight to the point. She just introduced herself and then started asking me questions about myself. It seemed like she knew exactly what she was looking for and didn't want to waste any time. I really liked how efficient the whole thing was.
- Can you describe how you deal with stressful situations at work?
