First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Clinical Support Options.
Staff
I had two rounds of interviews. The first round was with a director and a staff member. The second round involved an interview with the whole clubhouse team. The questions were manageable, and while the second round seemed daunting initially, it turned out to be not so bad after all. It was actually quite enjoyable!
- Could you describe the difficulties faced by individuals with mental health conditions?
Clinical Social Worker
The interview process was very professional with highly skilled clinicians. It's a good place to work, especially if you're just out of grad school and working towards your license. I would have stayed longer if the salary was better. I really liked the community and the professional camaraderie.
- Can you share details about your educational background?
- What are your main passions and interests related to social work?
- Could you elaborate on other relevant aspects for a social worker interview?
Family Support Worker
I applied for a job at the greenfield office, but that position was already filled. They ended up offering me an interview for their Athol office instead, which I accepted. I had a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with the program's manager. It felt positive and straightforward. The entire process took about three weeks.
- Can you explain how your background aligns with the requirements of this position?
- In your opinion, what are the key skills for working effectively with children?
Accountant
I applied online and heard back about a phone interview with the CFO and Director of Admin Ops. We set up an in-person interview for the next day with the same people. We talked about my interest in the role, my qualifications, what I'm looking for in a job, and what the job entails. The director of billing services also stopped by to chat about potential work together.
- Have you ever managed people before?
