First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Clinical Reference Laboratory.
Information Security Analyst
I had a phone screening with HR which I wasn't expecting. Then I had an online video interview where I recorded my answers to questions. I thought that was it, so I asked HR some more questions about the job and company. But there was actually another interview with the hiring manager. I wish they had told me all the steps at the start. A week later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job.
- Can you describe a situation where you couldn't resolve an issue and had to escalate it? What was the outcome?
- Tell me about an incident you couldn't fix and had to escalate. What was the resolution?
Billing Collection Coordinator
I applied for this job online and heard back within two days. The first interview was with HR, who asked general questions for about 10 minutes. Then, the hiring manager joined and asked more general questions, and talked about the company and position. The whole interview took about 40 minutes. I received an offer.
- Describe a situation where you had to work with a difficult colleague.
Software Developer
It was a pretty standard interview process. I first spoke with HR to make sure I was a good fit personality-wise. Then I chatted with the team and did a quiz while we were talking. Just a normal interview experience overall.
- What technical questions do you have regarding client-side frameworks?
- What technical questions do you have regarding back-end frameworks?
Data Entry Clerk
It was super easy, they didn't really ask much. They hire anybody as long as you have no felons. They send you for a drug test afterwards. Then they call you back to come to work lol.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
