I found the job on indeed.com and the recruiter reached out by email to set up a phone interview. I talked with Lindsay, the recruiter, who was really nice and helpful. She stayed in touch throughout the process, and I got scheduled for an in-person interview soon after the phone chat. Even though there was a delay in the start date, the recruiter and the management team were really good about keeping me updated and got me an offer even though it was a month before I could actually start. Everyone I met during the hiring process was friendly and professional.

The process took several weeks. There were 2 phone calls, one with HR and one with the hiring manager. The third interview was in-person with a panel of stakeholders. Overall pleasant up to that point. After the interview, I was ghosted. Despite following up with the hiring manager and HR, I got zero response. Not a thank you, not a "thanks but no thanks", nothing. It is quite unprofessional to not acknowledge any correspondence after getting to that point in the process. The silver lining is that it showcases the type of organization that this is, which would probably treat employees like they treat candidates, which is poorly.

The interview process here is super long, taking about 4-6 weeks on average to get hired. It starts with a recruiter phone call where they talk about company values and ask some basic questions. Then, there's a one-on-one meeting with the Assistant Director of Nursing. They'll ask typical questions, including how you'd handle a phone triage scenario, since that's a big part of the job. After that, you'll face a panel of team members, which can include medical assistants, RNs, and office staff. I've heard these panels can be anywhere from 5 to 10 people. They'll ask questions, often about past negative experiences and how you dealt with them. Since Spanish is needed, be ready for some questions and replies in Spanish.

I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from the recruiter pretty fast to set up a phone screen. After that, about a week later, I had an in-person panel interview with the team I'd be working with. It felt really friendly, and I liked the team a lot! The next week, the hiring manager called me with an offer and the benefits info. The whole hiring process was a great experience.
