Behavioral Technical

So, the interview process started out pretty standard. I had a phone screen first, and then they brought me in for an in-person interview. Right when I walked in, I noticed all the staff seemed really young. I'd seen other reviews mentioning questions about age and family situations, which felt like a red flag. The team interview had two people from the PM team, and the questions they asked were pretty standard. The VP was late, and honestly, came off as rude and arrogant from the get-go. I didn't even finish the process because I realized this isn't a place I could see myself working.

Behavioral Presentation

The process kicked off with a phone call with a current marketing coordinator. After that, I got an invite for an in-person interview with the director, scheduled a week out. In the meantime, I had to put together a marketing plan for a mock clinical trial, with a 48-hour deadline. The in-person interview with the marketing director took place at the office. They were really upfront about everything and the team communicated well. However, my in-person interview was set for 8:30 a.m. on a Friday, and considering the younger vibe of the office, I don't think I caught the team at their best.

The interview process was incredibly slow, with scheduling interviews taking several weeks. After I provided references, which I did the same day, they took a long time to get back to me even after contacting them. I was eventually offered an internship, but it was unfortunately canceled on the very last day. It was really unprofessional to offer a job and then pull it away.

It was pretty simple. First, a quick phone call to go over the basics of the company and the job. After the phone screen, they gave me an assignment, and then I had an in-person interview. They got back to me pretty quickly.
