Associate Director
I was really disappointed with this hiring process. It felt pretty disorganized and way too long for a mid-level role. The skills test had a bunch of errors, like typos and stuff. After going through so many interviews, I was surprised and bummed that no one bothered to call me to let me know I didn't get the job. I just got a generic rejection email from HR.
- Can you describe a situation where you faced resistance when trying to implement a change, and how you handled it?
- Describe a time when you were managing a complex project with direct reports and had to make an unexpected change at the last minute.
Program Associate
The interview process involved a quick 15-minute chat with the recruiter, followed by a full hour-long panel interview. Then, there was a timed written exercise to gauge my thinking. The final step was another hour-long interview with two people. Communication was super clear and the whole thing moved really fast.
- Were most of the questions tailored to the position and your experience, or were they more standard behavioral questions?
Associate Director
The staff involved with the selection process seemed kind and empathetic, but there were too many phases. No feedback was provided even if the candidate spent a lot of time interviewing. HR also took a long time to come back with a result on the selection process, which seems to have been flagged here before.
- In terms of future needs, what are the areas where you anticipate requiring assistance?
