It started with three phone interviews. Then, I had a face-to-face with the operations manager. We talked a lot about my availability, which all depended on the owners opening the new branch. After those hurdles were cleared, the hiring process picked up speed and stayed on schedule. It was a bit awkward when the position was put on hold until the owner approved, but that was back when the branch was just starting to be planned.

I had a couple of phone interviews with two people, then got an email for a face-to-face interview. I was told to bring a 90-day plan for the role, which was a bit unexpected since I didn't know why the position was open or what challenges there might be. There were six people interviewing for the role. The main interview had me and four people from Clifford. It felt pretty relaxed, but they were really prepared and asked clear questions. You could tell it's a well-run company with a family vibe.
