Technical Support Specialist
So, the website says there are 5 steps: application, manager interview, mini project, then final interview with team lead, and offer. But honestly, the application part was kinda weird, they wanted a video of me right away. Then came the mini project, where I had to show I could handle basic job scenarios and make another video about their product. The final interview was like the first one again, but with a different person, and they threw more scenarios at me, timed, to see how I'd do under pressure. Oh, and a grammar and typing test too. Honestly, all the hoops for the application, project, and final interview weren't really worth it, feels like they decided from that first video.

So there was an application, then they invited me for an initial interview. After that, I had to do a mini-project. Then came a second interview with a few managers, and at the end of that, a hands-on test. They gave me study materials beforehand.
- What are the usual questions you'd expect for Tech Support roles?

Applied through a job platform and a recruitment agency. The interview process felt long and repetitive. It took about 2 months with gaps of days to weeks between each interview. It started with an initial recruitment interview, then a 'Culture' interview, followed by an interview with the Tech Manager. After that, there was a 'Mini Project' assessment, then a Technical Interview, and finally an interview with the Director. I couldn't continue after that, but I think there were more interviews planned. Most of the questions were repeated, just asked by different people in different roles.
- Can you provide technical details about the platform, even though we haven't shown a demo and are currently updating the UI/UX?
