First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Clickstop.
Marketing
It was pretty good! They wanted to know about my experience, what programs I've used, and how I could contribute to the company. I had two interviews: one with the hiring manager, and then another with the marketing team and HR.
- What programs are you proficient with and have you used before?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
First there was an online quiz, then I had an hour-long interview with the manager. After that, I interviewed with the team for an hour. Then, I had an hour-long interview with the VP and CEO. Later, I got a 30-minute call saying the position had changed a bit. Following that, I had an hour-long interview with a different team. Finally, I had a 30-minute call where they told me I apparently don't get what Clickstop is trying to do, which felt like not my fault and a huge waste of time.
- We discussed company values extensively.
- There was a significant conversation about our values.
- A lot of time was spent talking about our company's values.
Manufacturing Technician
I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview at the business. When I got there, someone gave me a tour and talked about how well the company is doing, mentioning awards and showing me benefits of different areas. They even had a big glass display of "rock star" employees. The first part of the actual interview was with two interviewers who seemed inexperienced and a bit nervous. After I answered their questions, they brought in the supervisor for the area I was interviewing for, saying he'd ask tougher questions. The supervisor asked my thoughts on the position, and after I answered, he said it sounded good and I was hired.
- What were your impressions of the tour?
- What's your source for learning about our company?
- How do you align with our company's core values?
Culture and Communications Specialist
The interview process was intense. They are extremely particular about the people they hire. They don't ask you trick questions or confusing ones. They do their best to make you as comfortable as possible and interview you for who you are. It sounds easy, but it's very difficult. If you know yourself well and you're able to explain yourself well and give great examples of why you believe certain things about yourself, you'll do well. Many, many people apply for each position at Clickstop. Make sure your resume stands out, and have a personal touch. They're all about individual mastery. Show them the best [your name] way of doing things, not just how you've mastered the *same-old* way of doing something. Someone has to invent the next internet, and Clickstop believes it might as well be them. Get excited about your interview!
- Tell me about yourself, your dream job, and why you want it.
- Show how profits and culture are connected.
