It started with a phone call where they asked me what I knew about clicks, how I handle conflict and difficult situations, and why they should hire me. Then I was asked if I had any questions. First, you send in your application, either online or at the store. Then, there's usually a quick screening call. If they like your application, you'll have a short interview, could be in person or online. They'll ask about how you deal with customers, what you'd do in tough spots, and if you know how to handle money. Some places might give you a simple math test or a scenario test to see if you're accurate and make good choices. If you pass that, you get to the onboarding part, which means paperwork, training, and a background check. They're looking for people who are dependable, careful, good with customers, and nice and professional.

Overall, I found the interview process to be enjoyable, challenging, and insightful.
