Team Lead
The interview process was neat. From the screening call, the in-person interview and the final interview. The team is really professional, they were very attentive and kept a close communication with me, which is truly valuable. Clicklease is definitely a thriving company, with well established processes and a promising view of the future. Collections Specialist
The interview was good. The only thing they could improve is their scheduling in the operations facility to avoid interruptions. But otherwise, no complaints. It was a solid professional and not stressful interview.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths?
Software Engineer
It was a fast and easy process, the technical interview was clear and Kenneth Jimenez focused on the position. The HR interview with Jaella and Ethan was comfortable and they were very comprehensive and kind people. Daniel Saldivar is a really cool man, elegant, kind, and pleasant. The whole thing took about a month between all the interviews, so overall it was a pretty cool process and I loved it.
- Can you discuss your background and experience, particularly within financial companies?
- Could you elaborate on the projects you've been involved with?
- What was your specific role within the teams you were part of?
Events and Campaign Marketing Manager
Had a phone screening, then a Zoom with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and two team members. After that, I worked on a campaign strategy plan, they checked references, and then I got the offer. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. HR was good about keeping me updated and being helpful, making me feel like they cared about me. We had real chats, not just Q&A. It was a great experience, and I've enjoyed my time at Clicklease so far!
