They wanted me to record and send them a video of myself answering 14 questions instead of a traditional interview. When I asked to do a one on one interview instead, they sent a canned response saying they had too many applications and would move on. This shows a lack of respect for applicants. They also asked me to write a 500-word sample email announcing a partnership with two subject line options and a preview line. I would have done this if they had agreed to a regular interview.

The first thing is a recruiter call where they check if you fit the basic requirements, have the right experience, and are actually interested. They'll ask about your past and your salary needs and when you can start. If that goes well, you'll get a technical interview with someone from the IT team or a QA Manager. You should be ready to talk about the testing tools you know and how you find and report bugs.

The process was not one. There was an email requesting that I answer about 12 questions on video and submit a link to them via email. Additionally, they asked that I take a DISC assessment from one of their customers that use ClickFunnels. The process was impersonal, non-communicative, and disjointed. I spent quality time putting together a great video and received an automated response back of declination. I followed up several times just to ensure they received my video and I received no answers. I am not convinced since the job had been post for sometime before I saw it and applied, they already had their candidate further in the pipeline and actually never even viewed my video. I received no feedback, as I am more than qualified. I am thinking this was a bullet I dodged.

First, I had to do a prerecorded interview where I answered some questions. Then, I had a video interview with the VP of Operations, who was really nice. She went over my resume and my prerecorded interview, asking good questions. The last part was a video interview with COO Kevin Richards, which was a bummer. His assistant was there, and he didn't even know my name, look at my resume, or watch my video. He seemed super arrogant, like his time was more valuable than mine. Not a place I'd want to work.
