UI/UX Designer
Had an on-call screening over Google Meet, used Google Voice for calls. To do this, I had to turn on the 'Screen Calls' feature on my Android phone, which lets you hear the caller's name and choose to answer, send to voicemail, or leave a message before you pick up.
- Can you explain what users are trying to accomplish with call screening or setting up calls, such as blocking unwanted calls, prioritizing important ones, or managing their time more effectively?
- How does call screening integrate into the broader Google Meet ecosystem?
- Should call screening be designed to work with other Google services, like Gmail or Calendar?
Technical Support Engineer
The first interview on the phone was very easy. Then there was a second interview with the hiring manager and a technical support team representative. Here we went more in-depth about my previous work experience and what the job would be about.

Customer Success Manager
I applied online and had a phone interview with HR. I wasn't selected to move forward. Apparently, there was supposed to be one more phase, and that was it. The phone screen was scheduled for 45 minutes but only lasted 8 minutes.
- Could you tell me about your experience at [previous company]?
- What made you decide to apply to ClickDimensions?
Support Specialist
It was a pretty fast process. First, there was a phone screen, then an assessment test where they provided the solution, followed by another phone screen, and finally an on-site interview. The people there are really chill and the company culture is great. The interview process was actually one of the most relaxed and enjoyable experiences I've had with a company. The pay is good for the role compared to what's standard in the industry. It's a great chance to work with a unique solution. The company is doing some really awesome things.
- Tell me about a situation where you dealt with an angry customer and how you managed it.
