Store Manager
Had a really good initial chat and then another follow-up interview. The team seemed pretty classy. They are basically looking for someone who can execute well within a team. It's a small but focused team. I left feeling like this could be a great opportunity for the right candidate.
- What is your plan for execution in this role?
Technician
I met with the manager in person to discuss my resume and skills, and what they were looking for in the role. The interview was pretty quick, under 30 minutes, and then they offered me the job.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- What's your experience with computer hardware?
Store Manager
The interview process was easy and fun. I interviewed at my own location instead of going to a corporate office. The phone interview went smoothly too. The questions focused on personality, which I think is the most important thing. You can teach someone about phones and sales, but you can't teach personality. I feel this is a good way to interview because you get to know the person, not just what's on their resume.
- Is there a requirement to invest money to be considered?
Sales Specialist
It was a quick process. First, they asked about my past sales roles and my experience with technology. Then, they inquired about my availability. The phone interview included some behavioral questions and also some quick math problems on the spot.
- What was your previous employment history?
- Can you tell me about your previous sales positions?
- What is your experience in the tech industry?
