Behavioral Presentation

Had a really good initial chat and then another follow-up interview. The team seemed pretty classy. They are basically looking for someone who can execute well within a team. It's a small but focused team. I left feeling like this could be a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was easy and fun. I interviewed at my own location instead of going to a corporate office. The phone interview went smoothly too. The questions focused on personality, which I think is the most important thing. You can teach someone about phones and sales, but you can't teach personality. I feel this is a good way to interview because you get to know the person, not just what's on their resume.

It was a quick process. First, they asked about my past sales roles and my experience with technology. Then, they inquired about my availability. The phone interview included some behavioral questions and also some quick math problems on the spot.
