I had a phone screen and then a 30 minute technical-ish interview. The interviewer asked me about my experience and then we did a short technical part where I had to solve the palindrome question in javascript. I solved it fast. Then they asked me to describe, without coding, how to check if a string of characters could be rearranged into a palindrome. I didn't have much time, like 3-5 minutes, but the interviewer said I was on the right track and we moved to my questions because time was running out. I got rejected two days later. I think it's because I didn't have enough experience, not because I messed up the technical parts. The first tech interview format felt a bit weird.

I applied on LinkedIn and then got a phone interview scheduled. The interviews were surprisingly algorithmically tough, more so than I expected, but the style of questions was a relief because they let you show your skills way more than interviews at big companies like Google, Facebook, and especially Amazon (where I worked before). I left the process feeling like I could have done better since I didn't solve everything, but I still got an offer.
