Recruiter screen, hiring manager call, then 4 other calls. TLDR: WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE RECRUITERS HERE ARE ABYSMAL AND WILL HOLD YOU IN LIMBO FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. Originally was told at the recruiter screen that there were only 3 rounds and then, after each "final round", I was twice told that they had added an additional round. This was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The recruiter was abysmal, did not communicate at all, would only respond to my request for updates days after she said she would provide updates. When I finished what I was twice told were final rounds, I would have to follow up for updates. Only after asking, was I told TWICE that an additional "final" round had been added. WILD. The interviews themselves were fine but when I asked for feedback on what ended up being the actual round, I was told that I did well and that the interview wasn't even testing for what I would be doing in this role. After I followed up a few days later, I received a standard rejection email. I asked for feedback (so I could improve moving forward) AND NEVER HEARD BACK AGAIN.

They reached out saying they wanted to interview and asked for my availability, which I sent back that day. It took three follow-ups and three weeks to hear back. Scheduling the first interview took a whole month. The biggest problem with the first round was they changed the Zoom link without updating the invite, so I waited in an empty call for 30 minutes. It then took another month to reschedule, requiring several follow-up emails just to get a response. So, it's been two months since they first contacted me before the first-round interview. The actual interview was nice and polite, though. After this whole process, I still haven't gotten an official email saying I didn't get the job. If this is how they treat potential hires, I'm concerned about how they treat current employees. The first interview questions were pretty standard APM questions.

The interview process started with a phone interview with 3 Product Managers, and a decision was made on each round within 1-2 weeks before moving to the next. After passing the three PM rounds, the final stage was an interview with the CEO.
