I first applied for Account Analyst, but the hiring team thought my skills were a better match for SEO tech. The interviewer was really nice and asked personable questions. I even got to meet the Directors that day during a tour of the office.

The first interview was a Zoom call, and everyone seemed really nice. For the second interview, I went to the office and met with three people. They really liked my background and wanted me to start ASAP. After that, they gave me a tour. Then, they handed me a client account and asked me to do an SEO review and fill out a spreadsheet. A few days later, they emailed asking for a writing sample about the new Dodge Durango for one of their clients. I sent a 8-page sample, but they never got back to me about their decision. I suspect they used my work without paying me, which doesn't seem like an honest or great place to work. Good for Click Here for the free labor, though.

The interview process with Click Here Digital was poorly managed regarding communication and follow-through. As I applied for several roles, I had to essentially manage the interview schedule myself. I was expecting a skills assessment the day after my second interview, but it never arrived. After chasing them twice, I got a generic email from HR stating that internal issues meant they were moving in a different direction. Overall, the whole experience felt very unorganized and discouraging.
