Sales Engineer
The hiring process moved really quickly. I spoke with a recruiter on Thursday, the hiring manager on Friday, and then had a panel demo on Monday afternoon with the hiring manager and three other people. I spent the entire weekend preparing for the panel demo and sent follow-up emails before and after. I thought the presentation and demo went well and was excited about the next steps. When I hadn't heard back by Thursday, I nudged the recruiter, but still haven't heard anything by Friday afternoon. I'll assume they're passing on me, but it would have been professional to get a confirmation email.

Project Manager
The interview process was quite lengthy and thorough, totaling 6 rounds. It started with a 30min phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a 30min Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Then, there was a 60min Zoom presentation and panel interview, after which I had a 60min Zoom interview with the CTO. The process continued with a 45min Zoom conversation with the hiring manager to address any lingering questions, and concluded with a 45min Zoom conversation with the CEO. Throughout the process, communication was good, and clear steps were defined after each round. The entire experience spanned about one month.

Marketing
I had a marketing interview where I was upfront about my experience. They guided me through the whole process, including a case study. I was a finalist. I went through two initial interviews and a final one with the German director and the entire team, where I presented my case study. The director from Germany said my experience was a waste of her time, that sales experience is irrelevant, and is based on just remembering and presenting info, not understanding concepts. I felt talked down to the whole time, even though they invited me back for the final interview. I'll never get back the time I spent. While I didn't have the exact experience they wanted, this director clearly lacks respect. They could have just eliminated me earlier. Nobody on the potential team spoke up for me or reached out afterward to apologize for the unprofessional and rude behavior. It was super uncomfortable, and I'll never forget how I was treated on the video call and how the team didn't react. They asked me to send my case study after the final interview, even after reminding me of my lack of experience. It felt like they wanted my ideas and work for free. Instead of a rejection email, they asked me to schedule a call, which is usually for offers. They also contacted me later to see if I'd join their sales team, even though they had no openings. None of this made sense; it was a total waste of time.
- Marketing and situational questions were asked during the interview.
Customer Success Manager
The whole thing took about 5 weeks and included 4 interviews with 6 people. The website said it would be easy and clear, but it wasn't. I tried reaching out via email and didn't hear back. The first few chats were nice and gave me good info. But by the last interview, I felt like I was already set up to fail before I even started talking. All the interviews were either over the phone or on Zoom.
- Can you tell me the reason you chose your university?
- Tell me about a situation where you had to review data.
- What methods have you used to measure NPS?
